Best place ever!!!! Paige was very honest and straight forward and walked me through the whole process. I originally had a bad experience with another Antwerpen and when they found that out it seemed like they wanted to stop at nothing to make sure everything was an enjoyable experience. I found a car online that caught my eye. I called Matt and he had it brought to his dealership. Put it through service to be checked out and had it detailed before I arrived. Matt took me on a test drive and helped me learn about the controls of the car. There was no pressure from Matt or Bill and that was very refreshing as I’m not a fan of salesmen normally. I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette at Antwerpen. I also had a trade, which I was treated very fairly on. I worked with a salesman named Matt price. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made the buying experience and absolute pleasure. I would go back to this dealership again and again.
Their customer service really is top-notch. I bought a vehicle from them on a day it was raining so they said they owed me a free detail which they took care of when I was ready. I also wanted the wheel fixed on the vehicle I bought because it had obviously hit a curb. They had no problem getting that taken care of either, and even put me in a loaner car while it was getting fixed. No sleazy car sales people there! Thank you!
Excellent service, tells me what services are needed at each oil change, makes sure my vehicle is updated in parts that were not available when I made purchase. Easy to schedule appointments.
Check in was smooth, work needed was clearly communicated, and pricing established up front. I missed catching a ride with the shuttle service, but they sent someone from another department to pick me up when my car was ready. Extremely customer oriented.
This place is the easiest time I have had getting a new truck. They called me like they said, they kept me informed, and they made life easy when it came to getting as close to my price as they could. Even after my purchase they have remained on the top of my list as the most helpful dealership I have ever been to. Stress free buying should be their motto!!
